Go with whomever you are comfortable with, but just realize that when business partners are together for many years, they're going to have dirt on each other - or at least be able to fabricate some nasty "facts." Again, when business partners split, there are going to be two polarized stories and you've got to take both with a grain of salt - and not just assume because you heard something bad from someone with a vested interest in trashing the other party that said party isn't trustworthy. You've got to establish a pattern of actions that denote integrity. Either way, it's certainly up to you. Wait it out, and see if there are any bad reports from IPP customers. I'll bet you a quarter you won't find any bad reports from reasonable customers. Let's wait and see.
